How to Use

How to use Aroma Diffuser

A few steps to restore stress levels with you every step of the day.

LIFT LID

Gently remove lid from base and fill with cool water (100ml maximum).

ADD WATER & oil blend

Add your favourite aromatic essential oil (5-8 drops). Replace lid. Breathe, live, think and rest Calm. With you every step of the day.

DIFFUSE day and night

Press the MIST (left) button to turn on your diffuser and the LED (right) button to turn on the light for ambience. (press the right button once for a warmer light and twice for a more subtle light) 0.5/1/3 hrs automatically shuts off.

How to Clean

We recommend cleaning it regularly and avoid leaving any water in the unit for more than 24 hours as this can become stagnant and affect the essential oil aroma.

Step One

Empty the diffuser of any water away from the air outlet, be careful not to get the electronic base wet (please see our faqs)

Use a kitchen towel or cloth to wipe the inside of the water tank, to remove any oil residue from around the sides and base

Step Three

Use a sustainable cotton bud and clean the circular disc at the bottom of the tank and between the rims in the plastic lid, there will build up of oil residue after a short time

Simply, fill with cool water (maximum 100ml), add your BCALM Essential Oils and enjoy the aromatic mist with health benefits!

Essential Oil Guide

Organic Pure Essential Oil Uses

Pillow talk: A few drops on your pillow.
Quick fix: A few deep inhalations from the bottle or on our keyring diffuser.
Roller Ball: 15 drops in our roller ball with sweet almond oil.
Shower: Add 2-3 drops of each to the corner of the shower and enjoy the benefits of steam inhalation.
Bath: Add 6 drops to a tsp of base oil (sweet almond) to the bath.
Hand or foot bath: Add 6 drops to a tsp of base oil (sweet almond) to a bowl of water.
Steam Treatment: Add 2 drops of each essential oil to a bowl of steaming hot water. Place your face close to the bowl and cover the back of your head and bowl with a towel to trap the aromatic vapours.

Aroma: Delicate, sweet smell and a flavour with a hint of marzipan. Our Organic Almond (Sweet) Oil, is sourced in the vast Almond regions of California, this high grade Organic Almond offers numerous raw benefits due to the sensitive nature in which it was produced via cold pressing.  Safety: Organic sweet almond carrier oil is said to be non-irritating and non-sensitising, and considered safe for cosmetic use but a few people are allergic to cosmetics containing almond oil (likely due to its nut content).
Method of Extraction: Cold pressed product so all the goodies remain within the oil. Straightforward nutritious skin food. Extracted from the seed kernel of the sweet almond tree.
Jojoba Oil
