When I first discovered essential oils, I wasn't looking for a business.

I was looking for answers.

At 38, chronic stress and burnout had left me struggling with debilitating migraines with aura, perioral dermatitis and overwhelming fatigue. Following an initial misdiagnosis and multiple medications, I discovered that stress had become one of the biggest contributors to my symptoms.

Essential oils became one part of a much wider healing journey involving nutrition, movement, mindfulness, breath work, aromatherapy and restorative daily rituals.

That journey eventually inspired me to train as a Clinical Aromatherapist and create B Calm a wellness brand designed to make calm accessible to every home.
