Directions:

1. Unscrew the bamboo inhaler 
2. Remove the cotton wick add 2/3 drops of each essential oil or 10 drops of one essential oil
3. Place back in and reassemble inhaler 
4. To use, open the cap of the inhaler stick.
5. Hold the inhaler close to your nostrils while taking slow deep breaths for 30-60 seconds to experience benefits.
6. Inhale deeply for a few seconds to experience the soothing effects.

*Inhalers are NOT to be placed in the mouth.

Aroma lasts 6-8 weeks.
Essential oil blend can be reapplied to refresh smell.
Use a new cotton wick for a new blend.
