Join Becky for Body Balance, a soul-soothing class that blends Yoga, Pilates, and tai chi to music to ease tension, improve posture, and restore your natural balance.

This is your space to reconnect — with yourself and your breath.

Terms & Conditions – 4 Week Body Balance Block

• Your space is reserved upon full payment of £40 for the 4-week block.

• A minimum of 8 participants is required for the class to run. If fewer than 8 sign up by the start date, the class will be cancelled, and you will receive a full refund.

• All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable once the class is confirmed, including if you are unable to attend one or more sessions.

• Missed classes cannot be carried over, exchanged, or refunded — this helps keep class numbers balanced and the space sustainable for all.

• If Becky needs to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, hall closure), a replacement session or refund for that class will be offered.
