Essential Oil Survival Kit for Anxious Flyers
I love to travel the world, but there is one problem...getting there! Since being diagnosed with Migraine with Aura's I have become anxious with the thought of flying and what kitchen sink I can pack to get me through! I know some of you may also suffer from feeling claustrophobic. Stuck in a tight space (seat) inside a tight space (the plane) for an indefinite period of time (a delay).
I hope you’re not getting nervous just from reading this!
So I have put together a little airplane survival kit and stashed it in my carry-on bag. Which I hope might help you feel a little less anxious and for any migraine sufferers. Mine includes:
A doctors note
For any medication and also to carry ice pack gels to be able to wear my icekap if I need to cold therapy relief my head pain. Due to being a liquid it needs approval to be in your carry bag.
Cold therapy relief. You can wear this for up to 30 minutes to help relieve any pressure and cools and soothes head pain. Or alternatively ask for ice from the stewardess in a napkin if you don't want to get a doctors note!
